The Shine Circle Paw range is the new collection of luxury tags hand-made in precision-cast metal and finished with striking glittery enamel.

Engraving:

• The ID Tag can be customised with up to 3 lines on the back
• Max 10 characters (including spaces) can be engraved per line
  
• Note that the more letters/numbers, the smaller the font

Ordering:

1. Select your tag design and add to cart
2. Click on the cart icon (top right) and select 'View Cart'
3. At the bottom you'll see a text box marked "Special Instructions" - this is where you write what you'd like engraved onto your tag, bearing in mind the engraving parameters above
4. If you forget, no problem! Just send us an email with your order number and what you'd like engraved

How My Family tags are made:

DELIVERY

All our orders are sent using Australia Post, with tracking provided.

For orders over $120:
►  Standard Post -> FREE
►  Express Post Upgrade -> $4.00

For orders under $120:
► Standard Post -> $8.95
► Express Post -> $10.95

Bulky goods shipping cost is $19.95. This is notified on the product page. Bags of food over 900g are $8.95 for shipping.

► Same day dispatch - Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.

We keep it super simple. Just visit our Returns Centre for all the information and to lodge your return or exchange request.
