Gift cards are delivered immediately to you digitally by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them online, or in-person at our store on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. We ship all over Australia, so anyone can shop online.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Once emailed to you, the Gift Card features:
- A print button, for obtaining a paper copy of the gift card if you are gifting to someone else in a card or in-person
- An email button, if you have purchased the gift card for someone else and want to send it to them via email
- An add to Apple Wallet button, so you can keep it safe in your digital wallet for use online or in-store
Gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50, $100 and $250 values, or a combination of these amounts.
DELIVERY
All our orders are sent with Australia Post, with tracking provided.
For orders over $120:
► Standard Post -> FREE
► Express Post Upgrade -> $4.00
For orders under $120:
► Standard Post -> $8.95
► Express Post -> $11.95
Bulky goods shipping cost is $19.95. This is notified on the product page. Bags of food over 900g are $8.95 for shipping.
► Same day dispatch - Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.
RETURNS
We keep it super simple. Just visit our Returns Centre for all the information or to lodge your return or exchange request.
